Description
The Outstanding Customer Service Award honours a business of any size demonstrating exceptional customer service in any of the following areas of business: wholesale and retail trade, purchasing and distribution, transportation and brokering, professional services, communications, or financial services. Nominees must be able to provide up to 5 testimonials from customers dated within the last 2 years.

Requirements
Eligibility Requirements:
- Nominee must be an active business located or operating in the Greater Victoria Region
- Nominee does not have to be a member to be nominated, but must be a member to move on in judging
- Nominee must provide up to 10 testimonials – letters, emails or virtual reviews - from customers dated within the last 2 years
- Chamber Staff and businesses of their immediate family, the category sponsor's business and current Chamber Board members and their businesses are not eligible to be nominated for this award
- 2026 winners (in any category) must take a year off, and are not eligible for nomination in 2027. Finalists from 2026 are free to re-submit nominations in 2027.
- Finalists may receive only one award. If a business/person is a finalist for more than one award, the submission will stand for the award where the judging panel deems the business/person is strongest.
- Award applications must be for one business only. Group applications are not eligible.
Finalists will be announced after the judging period and invited to attend the 2027 Greater Victoria Chamber Business Awards on May 27, 2027 where the winner will be announced.
Finalists will be contacted and filmed for a short video that will be presented at the 2027 Greater Victoria Chamber Business Awards.
